This document contains the detailed comments for the public consultation of the first draft of Product Environmental Category Rules (PEFCRs) for dairy products, which was published in October 2014. LECOP-LEI laboratory has participated in this consultation phase providing detailed comments to the draft PEFCRs guideline, in the framework of the pilot testing phase of the Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) guide. The comments were prepared in collaboration with University of Piacenza, University of Milano, Ambiente Italia and the Italian Ministry of Environment.
