In the framework of the participation in the benchmark exercise on PHEBUS FPT1 promoted by the JRC Ispra within the Bundle Degradation Interpretation Circle, ENEA has performed two post-test calculations using the ICARE2 and SCDAP/RELAP5 codes.The same bundle nodalization and boundary conditions have been used in ICARE2 and SCDAP/RELAP5 calculations, in order to easily compare the code results. The central control rod, the irradiated inner ring and outer ring fuel rods, and the surrounding shroud were modelled. The stiffeners were modelled has a thin layer on the inner shroud surface; while the ultrasonic thermometers were not modelled.
