Abstract
In the analysis of a sustainable area, and in particular for an industrial area, energy is one of the fundamental determinants for environmental, economic and social sustainability. Even though in the analysis of such determinant only environmental aspect are usually taken into account, other economic and social factors must be included. As a consequence, the whole energy life cycle of industrial area should be considered. In particular social, economic and environmental aspects are crucial for a complete and detailed analysis. On the basis of the experience in the definition and implementation of the SIAM Model [1], in this work a simplified model to measure the environmental pressures and a set of energetic indicators are proposed for a local industrial area analysis. In particular the industrial area of Frosinone (Italy) has been studied and the obtained results allowed the implementation of the "EMSIA Software". The proposed "EMSIA Software" can be applied to simple buildings, complex production systems and finally to whole industrial areas. In order to shedding lights difficulties of integration different voluntary instruments into models, such as governance, or policy, such as sustainable development, the proposed software makes also possible an innovative approach in the planning and territorial energy problems managing.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
