Since 2004, the National Agency for the New Technologies, Energy and Environment (ENEA) has started a participation to the Expert Group on Fuel Cycle Transition Scenarios Studies (FCTS) under the auspices of the Working Party on Scientific Issues of the Fuel Cycle (WPFC) of OECD/NEA. The studies are aimed at analyzing national and regional scenarios of various nuclear fuel cycles, and carrying out a benchmark to compare different scenarios codes. The benchmark cases identified and proposed by the WPFC-FCTS, have been analyzed with the CEA COSI6 code, and the results are here presented and discussed.

Abstract
Since 2004, the National Agency for the New Technologies, Energy and Environment (ENEA) has started a participation to the Expert Group on Fuel Cycle Transition Scenarios Studies (FCTS) under the auspices of the Working Party on Scientific Issues of the Fuel Cycle (WPFC) of OECD/NEA. The studies are aimed at analyzing national and regional scenarios of various nuclear fuel cycles, and carrying out a benchmark to compare different scenarios codes. The benchmark cases identified and proposed by the WPFC-FCTS, have been analyzed with the CEA COSI6 code, and the results are here presented and discussed.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
