This report describe a methodological approach to solve the energetic problems of the Isolated Consumption. In this context, the definition of Isolated Consumption cover the villages, the rural, industrial and mining productive district that are distant from the energetic grid of the country. This approach consider relevant that the selected technological solutions enable a sustainable developing of the considered reality.In fact it is, now, international accepted conviction that the environmental tenability (in terms of resources consumed and solid, liquid and gaseous wastes produced), economical (the total costs must be acceptable for all the interested subjects) and social (to satisfy the needs of the communities respecting their values and priorities) is pursued.

Abstract
