This document reports the safety assessment performed for the entire IFMIF experimental facility and its subsystems (test cell, target, accelerator and conventional facilities) applying the PRA (Probabilistic Risk Assessment) approach and aimed at the identification and quantification of the accident sequences.The performed activities referred to each subsystem and to the whole plant are as follows:- safety analysis,- initiating events of accident sequences identification,- accident sequences definition,- accident sequences quantification.
