Neutronic analyses have been carried out far three different system solutions of the target by several partners contributing to the present work. This report summarizes the results of these analyses far an overall overview and comparison; reference should be made to respective partners reports far a deeper and more complete review of the activity results. The three target solutions examined afe: (1) the Windowless target in an LBE cooled care, (2) the Window target in a Gas cooled care, (3) the Window target in aLBE cooled care. The present review recalls the mai n geometry of the system, the calculation tools and model used far the analyses. The main results reviewed and summarized here refer to: the neutron and proton flux map in the zone around the target; the heat generation to be managed by the target loop and distributed into the target volumes; the radiation damage into the target structures and the spallation products.
