This report is focused on the numerical analysis of the dynamic response induced in the LIFUS 5 facility during a Steam Generator Tube Rapture (SGTR) accident scenario. More precisely, this report makes a post-test evaluation of some of the experimental tests that where performed in the facility in the framework of the THINS project. Two different approaches for the simulation are presented. In the first one, two commercial codes for structural mechanics, based on the Finite Element Method (FEM), are used. A second approach is to use an in-house developed code that is able to simulate the fluid and structure interaction (FSI) in a monolithic approach.
