This report summarizes the parameters defining the configuration of the DLFR core. The design was oriented to the achievement of the goals agreed with Westinghouse within the scope of the “Point Design Report” to be prepared for the U.S. Department of Energy. All geometrical, material and functional data, needed to set proper models of the DLFR core, are organized by synoptic tables and supported by schemes and figures. A neutronic characterization concludes the report, presenting preliminary results of the analyses performed to assess the core.
