This report presents the activities performed in the frame of LP1, Objective B (Accident consequences evaluation), task B2-1 of PAR 2016, ADP ENEA-MSE. The analysis of the measures to reduce the risk due to severe accidents is reported. It includes the safeguards designed to prevent and mitigate the consequences of severe accidents, such as the passive safety systems for the residual heat removal from the Containment. The analysis is conducted by applying both deterministic and probabilistic approaches.
