The chapter is organised as follows. After the introduction, Section 2 provides background and related work. Section 3 explores how network analysis can be applied successfully to research issues in archaeology. Section 4 discusses how digital technologies and social networks can be integrated to support the documentation and sharing of intangible heritage knowledge and practices. Conclusions and recommendations are made in Section 5.
